Email chat.pinky.app@gmail.com with any question or problem. Please tell us which phone you use (iPhone or Android) and what happened. If your question is about your account, write from the email address you sign in with.
Common questions
I didn't get a sign-in code. Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you typed your email correctly. Codes only work for a short time, so if yours is old, tap Get a new code.
The app says I can't chat any more today. Pinky has a daily limit. Come back tomorrow. If the app says to come back a bit later, try again in a while.
A reply was wrong, upsetting or inappropriate. Use Report on that reply in the app. We see the reply and your message just before it, so we can look into it. For other problems, use Report a problem in the More menu, or email us.
How do I make Pinky forget something? Open Memory from the More menu and choose Forget on the thing you want it to stop using. You can bring forgotten things back later under Forgotten things.
How do I start a chat over? Open the AI character's profile and choose Clear chat history.
Forget, Say goodbye and Clear chat history don't delete your data. To delete everything, delete your account.
How do I delete my account? In the app: open the More menu, then Account, then Delete account. If you no longer have the app, see our account deletion page.
Is Pinky a real person? No. Replies in Pinky are written by AI.
Is Pinky for me? Pinky is only for people 18 or over. It is not therapy and not an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
